Join our community gym today and become a valued member of the Enable family. Every facility will welcome you with open arms and will be happy to help you get started on your fitness journey – whether you are brand new to a gym setting or a seasoned gym enthusiast.

While we can't wait for you to visit Barn Elms Sports Centre, we do have some site rules that we ask all visitors to adhere to.

No dogs are permitted at Barn Elms Sports Centre

These rules are in place for the safety of all our visitors, thank you for your co-operation.

To get you comfortable with the new equipment, we’re offering an induction to everyone. Ask our team about personal training packages available too. Simply email fitness@enablelc.org to book yours when you have joined.

Our new gym boasts a range of functional training equipment, free-weight lifting areas and specialist cardio equipment for a complete work-out. Our gym members have the luxury of using our 52 acre outdoor area for taking their cardio session outside in finer weather, a lap around our fields serves as an excellent warm up before an indoor work-out.

Gym memberships prices start from £30 and include group classes. Please, check classes timetable in the corresponding section below.

Gym induction

To get you comfortable with the new equipment, we’re offering an induction to everyone. Simply email fitness@enablelc.org to book yours when you have joined.

Gym cancellation

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your gym membership. To cancel, we require a one full calendar month notice, and any payments due within those 30 days must be made. Please fill and submit the form below. If you have additional cancellation questions please contact us on fitness@enablelc.org, and our team will assist you promptly. Please note that filling out this form does not automatically cancel your membership, a member of the team will confirm when this process is complete. We appreciate your membership with us and hope to welcome you back in the future.

Group fitness classes

At Barn Elms Sports Centre fitness studio, you'll find a diverse selection of fitness classes tailored to various preferences and fitness levels.

Classes such as yoga, HIIT, circuits, boxfit are all available. We also have classes for mums and babies - specifically designed for new mums, it incorporates gentle postnatal exercises to help regain strength and improve well-being. At Barn Elms Sports Centre you can enjoy both outside and inside group workouts. Please check our timetable for class schedules.
